Aspire Announces U.S. Expansion & Appoints Mia Papanicolaou as General Manager

Leading Customer Communications Management (CCM) consulting firm, Aspire Customer Communications Services, has announced today the expansion of its U.S. presence with the appointment of Mia Papanicolaou as U.S. division General Manager. With a strong background in business leadership and a wealth of experience in the CCM industry, Mia will be responsible for driving growth for Aspire in the U.S., including strategic business planning and execution.
Mia was previously Vice President, General Manager at Striata, a Doxim company, where she was responsible for steering the organization’s strategy and delivering trusted advice and consultation to its enterprise customer base.

Further strengthening Aspire’s presence in the U.S. the company has also announced the appointment of digital communication specialist, Elizabeth Stephen as VP of Relationship Development. Liz will be responsible for the company’s sales and marketing strategy and delivery in the U.S
