Aspire Appoints George Parapadakis as Research Director

01 July, 2021: Leading Customer Communications Management (CCM) consulting firm, Aspire Customer Communications Services, has appointed George Parapadakis to the role of Research Director. Based in the UK, Parapadakis will be responsible for leading the development and launch of Aspire’s upcoming CCM-CXM Service Provider Aspire Leaderboard, which will provide independent insight and expert analysis on the CCM and Customer Experience Management (CXM) Service Provider Market. He will also support in the delivery of Aspire’s global research offering, alongside the company’s senior analyst team.
Parapadakis joins Aspire from Hyland/Alfresco Software where he previously held the roles of Principal Product Manager, and Director of Business Solutions Strategy. With more than 30 years’ experience in Information Management, Process Automation and Governance software, he is a regular writer, speaker, and social media contributor, and was awarded Fellowship of the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), for his contributions to the Information Management industry,
