Updated 2019 Aspire CCM Leaderboard launched to the market

Wednesday 22nd May, 2019: Aspire has today launched the 2019 Aspire CCM Leaderboard. The annually updated, digital-first CCM vendor positioning tool has been modified to support greater personalization features. It has also been updated to reflect the latest emerging CCM software classification – Enterprise Communications Processing.

With enhanced dynamic filtering capabilities, our growing Leaderboard registered user base can now adjust the default ranking weighting in order to match the vendor comparison results with their technical roadmap.

The growing consultancy team at Aspire is constantly analyzing the evolving CCM market. As such, this year’s Leaderboard sees ECP take the place of Automated Documents Factory (ADF) as one of the pre-set grid segments.
